KYB Verification

Crymbo Oracle requires all participating entities to undergo a Know Your Business (KYB) verification process to ensure only regulated and legitimate Bussiness/ institution can join the network.

This KYB step is conducted through the Crymbo Connect platform and is mandatory prior to any on-chain or API interactions.

KYB Submission Requirements

To complete the KYB process, the following information must be provided:

Business Information

  • Registered company name
  • Jurisdiction of incorporation
  • Business registration number
  • Company website (if available)

Compliance Documentation

  • Regulatory license or registration (if applicable)
  • AML/KYC policy documentation
  • Privacy policy

Key Contacts

  • Compliance Officer (Name, Email, Phone)
  • Technical Lead (Name, Email, Phone)

Verification Workflow

  1. Submit KYB Form via Crymbo Connect
  2. Document Upload: Provide digital copies of required licenses, certificates, and policies
  3. Automated Screening: Company identifiers and documents may be screened against third-party databases
  4. Manual Review: Crymbo's compliance team performs a final assessment
  5. Approval Notification: Once verified, the Bussiness/ institution receives an onboarding token and a unique ID

KYB Status API (optional)

Bussiness/ institution can optionally query the status of their KYB submission:

Timeframes & Updates

  • KYB review typically takes 1–3 business days
  • You will be notified via email of any missing or unclear information
  • Once approved, you can proceed with wallet and key registration
