Institution Onboarding

CRYMBO Connect allows businesses, subsidiaries, or organizational units to be managed as distinct institutions.

Adding a New Institution

  1. Admin navigates to the Institution Management console.
  2. Click Add Institution.
  3. Provide institution details:
    • Name
    • Business entity information
    • Primary contact
    • Compliance jurisdiction
  4. Configure default roles and user invitation settings.

Each institution is isolated in terms of compliance, wallets, reporting, and operational scope.

Managing Institutions

  • View and edit institution information.
  • Assign or reassign Admin users to manage specific institutions.
  • Deactivate institutions that no longer require platform access.

Institution-Level Segmentation

  • Wallets, balances, compliance profiles, and transaction histories are managed per institution.
  • Cross-institution reporting is available for Admins managing multiple entities.

Why Multi-Institution Management Matters

  • Supports enterprise clients with multiple branches, brands, or business lines.
  • Enables regulatory segregation (e.g., separate entities for different licensing jurisdictions).
  • Simplifies audit and compliance reporting across organizational structures.
