Institution Onboarding
CRYMBO Connect allows businesses, subsidiaries, or organizational units to be managed as distinct institutions.
Adding a New Institution
- Admin navigates to the Institution Management console.
- Click Add Institution.
- Provide institution details:
- Name
- Business entity information
- Primary contact
- Compliance jurisdiction
- Configure default roles and user invitation settings.
Each institution is isolated in terms of compliance, wallets, reporting, and operational scope.
Managing Institutions
- View and edit institution information.
- Assign or reassign Admin users to manage specific institutions.
- Deactivate institutions that no longer require platform access.
Institution-Level Segmentation
- Wallets, balances, compliance profiles, and transaction histories are managed per institution.
- Cross-institution reporting is available for Admins managing multiple entities.
