What Is a Field Recommendation?

A field recommendation is a dynamic list of data attributes (e.g., full name, date of birth, national ID) selected by the AI based on:

  • Jurisdictional regulations
  • Receiver Bussiness/ institution preferences
  • Sender user profile
  • Historical patterns

Example

If a Bussiness/ institution in the EU is receiving a transaction from a user in Singapore:

  • The AI considers FATF rules and EU-specific KYC obligations
  • Looks at the receiver’s preference (e.g., wants Name + DOB)
  • Reviews sender’s profile (individual vs. institution)
  • Returns the minimal required set: Name, DOB, Nationality

Recommendation Factors

FactorDescription
Regulation MatchLegal minimum required based on origin + destination
Profile TypeWhether sender is retail, business, or exchange
Receiver PreferencesFields the Bussiness/ institution explicitly requests
Risk LevelBased on scoring, reputation, or transaction type

Customization & Override

  • Bussiness/ institution can manually override default fields
  • Admins can define field templates per use case
  • AI engine adapts based on overrides and outcomes
