What Is a Field Recommendation?
A field recommendation is a dynamic list of data attributes (e.g., full name, date of birth, national ID) selected by the AI based on:
- Jurisdictional regulations
- Receiver Bussiness/ institution preferences
- Sender user profile
- Historical patterns
Example
If a Bussiness/ institution in the EU is receiving a transaction from a user in Singapore:
- The AI considers FATF rules and EU-specific KYC obligations
- Looks at the receiver’s preference (e.g., wants Name + DOB)
- Reviews sender’s profile (individual vs. institution)
- Returns the minimal required set:
Name
,DOB
,Nationality
Recommendation Factors
Factor | Description |
---|---|
Regulation Match | Legal minimum required based on origin + destination |
Profile Type | Whether sender is retail, business, or exchange |
Receiver Preferences | Fields the Bussiness/ institution explicitly requests |
Risk Level | Based on scoring, reputation, or transaction type |
Customization & Override
- Bussiness/ institution can manually override default fields
- Admins can define field templates per use case
- AI engine adapts based on overrides and outcomes
